1. What we use

• CSRF tokens in browser local storage
• Refresh tokens in secure HttpOnly cookies
• A stable device identifier used for security alerts on new logins
• Session and security-related preferences required to operate the app
• Your analytics consent choice (`dhe_analytics_consent`) in local storage

These are necessary for the service. The app may not work correctly if you block them.

3. Analytics

When you Accept analytics, we load PostHog to measure product usage (for example page views, mode switches, and trade funnel events). PostHog sets first-party analytics cookies / local storage on our site. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can Reject analytics in the banner; we will not initialize PostHog in that case. Clear site data to reset the choice and see the banner again.

4. Managing preferences

You can clear site data in your browser settings. Clearing storage will sign you out and reset the device identifier used for login alerts and your analytics consent choice.
