Terms of Service
The rules for using Dollar Hub Exchange (DHC Exchange) web and related services.
Last updated: 22 August 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Dollar Hub Exchange (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Signup requires explicit acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. The service
We provide an account, ledger balances, and related features so you can hold and trade listed digital assets (initially DHC and USDT settlement inside the app). Features may differ between Learning (practice) mode and Live mode. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with notice where required.
2A. Practice (Learning) vs Live
Practice mode is a training environment on test networks with practice balances. It is not mainnet money. Live mode is a separate product surface for real assets when enabled for your account and jurisdiction. Switching to Live requires an in-app confirmation and approved identity verification (KYC). Do not treat Practice fills, faucets, or Chapel balances as redeemable Live value.
When Live CEX trading is enabled, Live mode includes a real-money DHC/USDT central limit order book on our internal ledger — the same limit, market, and immediate-or-cancel (IOC) mechanics as Practice, but settled against Live balances. Fees, position limits, and surveillance may differ from Practice. Quick Buy and on-chain DEX swaps are separate product surfaces with their own terms and risks.
3. Eligibility & KYC
You must be legally able to use crypto services in your jurisdiction. After signup you must complete identity verification (KYC) — including Aadhaar or DigiLocker, PAN, and bank details — before using Practice or Live features in the app. KYC is approved automatically when you submit onboarding after vendor verification. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.
4. Accounts & security
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict accounts for risk, compliance, or abuse.
5. Deposits, withdrawals & trading
On-chain deposits and withdrawals depend on network conditions and our custody configuration. Internal trades may settle on our ledger at prices determined by the active product surface: the Practice or Live DHC/USDT order book (limit and market orders matched on-book), Quick Buy at a displayed reference price, or other enabled rails. Digital assets are volatile; you may lose value. We do not guarantee execution, liquidity, or prices matching external markets. Live order-book trading uses real money; Practice order-book trading uses test balances only.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use the service for illegal activity, sanctions evasion, market abuse, or to circumvent security or KYC controls.
7. Risk disclosure
Crypto assets involve substantial risk. Nothing on the site is investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or losses from blockchain networks, third-party providers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited as permitted by applicable law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
