Dollar Hub Exchange (“we”, “us”) operates the exchange application and related APIs. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use our website and apps.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: email, phone, password hashes, session metadata
• KYC data: identity verification results (for example name, last digits of ID, bank metadata). Where enabled, encrypted Aadhaar e-KYC evidence such as a photograph may be stored for compliance review
• Transaction data: deposits, withdrawals, trades, ledger entries
• Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, browser user agent, security events
• Product analytics (only with consent): page views and in-app funnel events processed by PostHog on our behalf
• Communications: support messages and notification preferences

3. How we use data

We use data to provide the service, verify identity, detect fraud, send security alerts, meet legal obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Legal bases

Depending on your location, we rely on contract performance, legitimate interests (security and fraud prevention), consent where required, and legal obligations (KYC/AML).

5. Sharing

We may share data with KYC providers (for example Sandbox.co.in), infrastructure vendors (email, hosting, databases, optional crash reporting and product analytics), auditors, and authorities when required by law. Processors act under contractual confidentiality and security terms.

6. Retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as needed for the service and applicable retention rules. Encrypted KYC evidence is retained only for a defined period for compliance, then deleted.

7. Security

We use industry-standard controls including encryption in transit, hashed credentials, access-controlled admin tools, and encrypted storage for sensitive KYC evidence. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

8. Your rights

Subject to law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data. Contact us using the address below. Some records must be kept for regulatory reasons.

9. International transfers

Data may be processed in India and other regions where our vendors operate, with appropriate safeguards.
