Risk disclosure

Key risks of using Dollar Hub Exchange in Practice and Live modes.

Last updated: 22 August 2026

1. Digital asset risk

Digital assets are volatile and can lose value quickly. Past prices are not a guide to future performance. You may lose some or all of the value of assets you hold or trade.

2. Practice (Learning) vs Live

Practice mode is for training on test networks and practice balances. It is not real-money mainnet trading. Live mode, when enabled for your account and market, involves real assets, real settlement risk, and irreversible on-chain transfers.

Live CEX order-book trading (when enabled) matches your limit and market orders against other users' Live orders on our internal ledger using real USDT and DHC balances. You can lose money on Live fills, fees, and adverse price moves. The Live book may have limited liquidity; market orders are bounded by a protection band and may partially fill or cancel. Practice and Live books are separate — orders never cross between them.

3. Custody and network risk

On-chain deposits and withdrawals depend on blockchain networks, RPC providers, and our custody configuration. Network congestion, reorgs, smart-contract risk, or provider outages can delay or prevent transfers. See also our custody disclosure.

4. Fiat rails

INR deposits and cash-outs depend on third-party payment providers (for example Razorpay / RazorpayX), bank rails, and successful verification. Failed, delayed, or reversed payments may require manual ops review.

5. No advice

Nothing on Dollar Hub Exchange is investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for decisions and for complying with laws that apply to you.

6. Contact
